The property was AMAZING! Very clean, high quality and absolutely the best. Very private, the location is up on the mountain with mesmerizing views. The kitchen had an electric/gas stove and plenty of dishes. We were a couple and was great. It’s a great place for couples! The staff was very friendly, welcoming and prompt every time we contacted or had a request. I have been traveling and have seen a lot of different properties and different kind of staff for many years now, and this property deserves a 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best stay!

Northstar Villas was absolutely exceptional. The villa was in perfect condition, beautifully maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the Jacuzzi was the cherry on top. It truly lived up to its name, a real North Star experience. We had such a great time and truly enjoyed our stay.

These A-frames are adorable, and the location is top notch—just before the ascent up the pass to Theth. The real value is the host…we aren’t the type to ask for help, but when you pop two tires 4km from the nearest paved road that’s passable without a 4x4, 90 minutes from where you’re staying, and the rental car company tells you they can’t help….well Marian could! He got us a ride out to our car, up the impassable road, back down to the lake at 17:53….where they somehow located 2 21” tires in 7 minutes before everything closed, and arranged a ride back up the mountain road with the tire shop owner. They even talked to the rental car agency in Montenegro to let him know they were getting it taken care of. I have to give credit to the shepherd that helped us find the license plate that popped off and saved us from having to file a police report.

Great breakfast each morning (Albanian pancakes, sausage/hot dog, lots of fruit options), as well as dinner here on site. It was really good food so we just chose to eat here multiple times vs. other places. The location is extremely central. We stayed in the XL villa and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five (3 large bedrooms, all with facilities (air conditioning, hot water, etc.) that worked well.
