Amazing service, rooms and facilities. Location is not in city center but has amazing views. Restaurant is actually good, particularly the cocktails. Lounge in airport, while super small, is probably the best place to hang out in the whole airport while waiting for stuff.

We loved how kid friendly the hotel is. They have a game room and a kids pool, as well as some puzzles and games in the lobby. The restaurant also gave our kids coloring pages at the table. I was unsure if a crib could be provided but they did give us one which made our stay super comfortable with our 18 month old and 4 year old in the family suite. The breakfast was great, and the spa was nice.

We rented a Deluxe bungalow for three nights. It was nice and clean, with floor heating. Everything was 100% as described on booking.com. The bungalows are cradled in a forest located just outside of Ushuaia, which added to the charm of our stay. GF had a photoshoot session in the woods. It was very easy to communicate (in English) with the owner Luciana and her son Luca, who manages the site. When we ran out of pepper, Luca brought us a pot minutes after we texted him. I definitely recommend.

What a great location - center of the city and I enjoyed my stay. Room was cozy, comfortable, clean and great customer service. Used Spa and their pool/sauna - it was wonderful. Breakfast was simple but it was good enough for me. Almost across from the taxi stand. Easy to get around. Highly recommend for anyone.

Beautiful hotel looking over Ushuaia. We wanted a spacious and nice place to stay once we got off our Antartica cruise and Arakur delivered. Breakfast was amazing, and the spa was the best place to relax and unwind. Room was spacious and clean. It is great that they allow access to the spa and showers after you check out. We had an afternoon flight so we took advantage.

Beautifully located hotel high on a hill outside Ushuaia. There is a shuttle bus taking guests into town if they want to leave! Very comfy and well equipped rooms. The spa is beautiful with outdoor jacuzzi's and infinity pool overlooking the town below - especially lovely view at night. There is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi's as well as gym and games room. The breakfast is exceptional as was dinner. Highly recommend! There are a number of walking trails from the hotel which are very well marked with great views.
