Excellent location, staff is super nice and attentive, great value when it comes to food and activities (our kids really liked the kids rooms and the clown who came to visit one day). The spa is very nice, we also had massages and were not disappointed. People greet you with a smile everywhere and help whenever possible (we had lots of questions before our arrival and they always got back to us immediately). We liked the hotel so much that we already booked our next stay.
