The Hotel was clean, the staff didn’t speak great English, and the reception staff were rude. The waiters were super friendly. The pool was very nice and the hot outside pool was really good. The food was always really tasty, on the first few nights it was slow to come out but over all really good.

This hotel on the sunniest spot in Ischgl is one of the most beautiful design hotels in the Alps and offers fantastic cuisine, excellent service and a wonderful spa area.

Absolutely everything was perfect: the apartment we stayed in had a beautiful mountain view, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Everything was spotless, and the amenities provided were of high quality. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with healthy and fresh food! The jacuzzi, pool, and sauna were clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception and bar were incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel is also very close to the gondola, the town center, and the après-ski spots! Not to mention, the hotel also treated us to a DJ with music, fun, dancing, and great vibes that lasted until late — we partied until we couldn’t anymore! We’ll definitely be coming back to Hotel Madlein!

One can hardly think of a better location of a hotel. Just across the street from the final piste to the valley, and the 2 main cable cars. Fine cuisine for dinner, variety of meals for breakfast, snacks available in-between. Kind and hospitable staff.
