The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us when some of our plans went awry. I liked that there was a pool and hot tub. The bedding was comfortable. I liked that breakfast was included. I liked that our room had a kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, a counter space, some cupboard and dishes.) This was helpful for a longer stay. I liked how close we were to uptown Fredericton.

The room we chose was spacious and allowed us to visit with family.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub ( even though the timer was broken)
The location is good for shopping as it is right next to the mall.
Our sink was not draining properly and was attended to and fixed promptly.
2 restaurants on the property. Breakfast was good the day we ate there.

We stayed in a king suit which had the lovely big bathtub, it was so lovely. The bed was okay comfort wise, and the breakfast was okay too. The pool ang hot tube we lovely as well. It's definitely dated, but comfortable none the less.
