It was stocked with everything we could possibly need or want (including chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon check in - perfect for the hot tub later!), and the owners were very friendly and responsive. The owners followed up throughout our stay and offered lovely dinner recommendations, etc.
The location is very safe, secure, and close to Interlaken West station.
I would give it extra stars if I could! We loved the entire experience. We were very grateful for the A/C, as it was quite warm in Interlaken the week we were there.
