The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

I stayed in Chalet Egglen for 4 days on our trip with my husband, daughter and parents. We were welcomed by Markus (AirBnb owner) and given a house tour with pamphlets and maps on the surroundings. As a local, he provided us some great tips on restaurants, where to go on a rainy day, how to navigate around etc. We did a bunch of research beforehand so we knew what exactly we wanted to do in Interlaken and surrounding areas, but you can not beat a local’s insight. The house was very clean, very well equipped and owner was very responsive. We had a few questions here and there and he was beyond helpful. He knew it was our 2-year daughter’s b’day and he even left a cake at our doorstep, going the extra mile to make our time lovely at his place. When you wake up the first thing you see is lake and mountains, the views are to die for. The neighborhood is so pretty. We were split between staying in Interlaken vs here, but so glad we picked this place. 15 min drive from Interlaken, 15 min drive from Thun – perfect location. We loved everything about this place and host. We travel a lot and have never stayed at a better house than this. I would highly recommend this property and Markus’ hospitality!

The Loveroom was absolutely pristine. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need or want (including chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon check in - perfect for the hot tub later!), and the owners were very friendly and responsive. The owners followed up throughout our stay and offered lovely dinner recommendations, etc. The location is very safe, secure, and close to Interlaken West station. I would give it extra stars if I could! We loved the entire experience. We were very grateful for the A/C, as it was quite warm in Interlaken the week we were there.

Fantastic Stay at Hapimag I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag interlaken! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals.
