The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. My wife enjoyed the pool and the spa. We liked the 2min shuttle ride to the Cry d’Er skilift.

SwitzerlandQuite spacious room with a nice terrace overlooking the Alps. Olivia is great and she was very helpful, providing information before and during the stay. The hotel has parking places (outdoors, and indoors) which was very handy. Staff very friendly and welcoming, and a good variety for breakfast! The hotel also has an accessible spa (didn't have time to see it unfortunately)

There are everything necessary for our 1 week stay in Crans Montana. Equipments and facilities were clean and there are lots of space for relaxing in the accommodation. Response from hosts were timely and deposits were returned quickly. We'd like to return here someday and introduce to our friends.

Location is excellent, next to the Arnouva lift.
Decor of the hotel is very nice and the room was spacious and had a great view (although the bathroom was quite small).
Front office staff was very nice.

Location is excellent - close to the cable car, shops and restaurants. Free underground parking. Not large but very nice SPA area. Very good restaurant. Huge rooms - actually we had two apartments, each with two bathrooms, balcony, living room with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Just perfect! Stuff is very nice, polite and helpful. The panoramic view from the terrace over Pennine Alps - from Matterhorn to Mont Blank was breathtaking!

The chalet itself is superb, spacious and has a fantastic terrace to relax on as well as a warm and inviting lounge with log fire. The kitchen is also spacious, great for cooking while propping up the bar.
