Amazing location surrounded by a stunning landscape!. Excellent attention and service from the Staff. Clean and cozy rooms, on top of being pet friendly. We couldn't resist having dinner dinner every night at the hotel and enjoying what Chef Olivier had prepared for us and served by lovely Carol! Highly recommmended.

Thank you, Simon (the owner), for taking the time to check in with us to ensure everything was to our liking, for the lovely conversation, and for your very thoughtful surprise gesture to honor our wedding anniversary. (And again, thanks to Pedro for going the extra mile to deliver it!) The property is new, modern, and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a ski trip, or a family vacation. It has the best spa I have ever seen in a three-star hotel,featuring a bio sauna, dry sauna (95°C), steam sauna, jacuzzi, foot massage station, and an incredibly comfortable and peaceful relaxation area with fresh fruit, spa water, and high-quality tea. The location is fantastic-literally right next to the bus station and the cable car to Hannigalp. They even provide special snow-walking shoes for free, and for skiers, there is a designated area to store ski equipment. We are so glad we found and booked this property. We highly recommend it!

Staying in the tent for two nights was truly an unforgettable experience. One of the nights was a thunderstorm, and it was absolutely incredible, cozy, safe, and such a unique way to connect with nature. The second night was colder, but the tent stayed perfectly warm and comfortable throughout the entire night! The host went above and beyond, so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. They made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. We loved taking a dip in the glacier water, warming up in the sauna, and gathering around the campfire. The bathrooms were clean and cooking was super easy with the accessible facilities. The location itself was amazing: surrounded by nature, yet just minutes away from grocery stores and the train station. This spot is the perfect mix of peaceful, natural beauty and pure comfort. A magical way to experience the true heart of Switzerland. Can't recommend it enough!
