- Really good and clean bed and toilets
- Good variety of food for breakfast. If you come a day before check-in you can still have breakfast for 10CHF. Dinner costs 20CHF and we had rice and chicken curry.
- Option to store luggage. Only thing is you have to put a deposit of 2CHF by cash if I remember correctly to lock the luggage storage.
- The staffs were very friendly. We went for dinner an hour late and still they provided it. The kitchen usually close by 20:00.
- There are only 4 beds per room so doesn't feel like a hostel when you are in your room.

Great location in the heart of Grindelwald town. Fabulous view over the mountains and the Eiger in particular. The sauna and spa facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi, were excellent, spotless and well used by us. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast was superb - I could not fault it!

Welcome winter drinks, modern hotel in idyllic location, amazing outdoor jacuzzi, comfortable and clean beds. Catarina at the spa is very friendly and professional. 10/10.

Fabulous outlook to open the curtains in the morning to see the spectacular alps! Spacious room with large bathroom.
Added bonus was the heated outdoor pool, it was magical relaxing in it at night time.
Great breakfast spread too!

The Caprice is a hidden gem. A short walk above Grindelwald railway station the hotel is close enough to ALL transport systems but in a quiet spot. The rooms are clean and comfortable with new modern bathroom facilities. There is a wonderful view of the Eiger North Face from the balcony.
The reception area doubles up as a cosy traditional lounge with a small bar. Plus the hotel has an ultra modern 5* spa with spa pool, sauna and steam rooms - Absolutely brilliant! Oh - and breakfast was great too😊
