GermanyWonderful stay at a fantastic property with incredible staff members. The property is new and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t understand how the air conditioner worked so we called the front desk and they were able to correct it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

UkraineWe loved this hotel! It's one of the best we have ever been to! It's luxurious, and authentic, with beautiful mountain views, an amazing spa, and delicious breakfast. The Rooms are spacious and have a lot of room for your stuff, the hotel itself is big and has so much to offer: gym, group training, restaurant with very delicious Swiss food, lounge area, bar and many more. We were also delighted to find out that the parking lot cost was only 5 CHF per night [ after 40 euros in Zurich! ]. The staff is super friendly and helpful We recommend this hotel and wish we could stay there more.

Great location in the heart of Grindelwald town. Fabulous view over the mountains and the Eiger in particular. The sauna and spa facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi, were excellent, spotless and well used by us. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Breakfast was superb - I could not fault it!

Fabulous outlook to open the curtains in the morning to see the spectacular alps! Spacious room with large bathroom.
Added bonus was the heated outdoor pool, it was magical relaxing in it at night time.
Great breakfast spread too!

The Caprice is a hidden gem. A short walk above Grindelwald railway station the hotel is close enough to ALL transport systems but in a quiet spot. The rooms are clean and comfortable with new modern bathroom facilities. There is a wonderful view of the Eiger North Face from the balcony.
The reception area doubles up as a cosy traditional lounge with a small bar. Plus the hotel has an ultra modern 5* spa with spa pool, sauna and steam rooms - Absolutely brilliant! Oh - and breakfast was great too😊
