I like that is super clean and well maintained and the staff were so pleasant helpful and simply welcoming. Las was the one who waited for us to be the last person to be checked in while Sandy who was there at the check out.. i really love the place it is so cozy and near to almost everything except that i was a bad weather we went to luzern and we need to cut the trip short... but if i get a chance to comeback this will be a place to stay! What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. When we encountered a problem with our luggage at the airport, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They kindly contacted the airline on our behalf and assisted us in resolving the issue. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to get our luggage back quickly, which made our trip much more enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable .
