Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Very comfortable beds and lovely spacious bath. We got a room upgrade and had a sofa in the room, that was very nice. And we had a very big and quiet balcony. The water cooker in the room was very good to have.

Almost everything. Decor was elegant and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed us late checkout and sent up amenities very fast. Room with balcony had amazing view. The funicular was also very convenient since the hotel is a bit up the hill. It actually very nice because the view is better higher up. Bathroom was very well equipped even with a nice hairdryer.

Everything. The views inside and outside the hotel were breathtaking. The room was big, super clean and have all the amenities we needed. The food was very good and the staff was amazing. The spa facilities in waldhotel has a peaceful environment. The room is amazing with its terrace. The cleanliness is 10/10. The toilet has electric water spray! The breakfast is serves fresh and delicious food. This is our second time in the hotel!
