This is the nicest, most organized and coolest place I've stayed at. Everything is super clean, the view from the outside area and from the living room is just amazing.. The staff is really clear giving all the information and even recommendations. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I come back to Luzern.

We stayed at the corner suite, it have a hot tub on the large balcony. The hotel offers an all in one solution, it is situated up on the hill thus allows for the majestic view of the mountains, the lake and the city below, and it has its own funicular, that puts you at street level on the lake shore. The food and service at the restaurant was great and the same with the breakfast

Everything. The views inside and outside the hotel were breathtaking. The room was big, super clean and have all the amenities we needed. The food was very good and the staff was amazing.
