I appreciated the openness with which leadership shared their values and what drove them: Adriana and her husband Pedro claimed they support the local economy, from the building of the hotel with materials exclusively sourced in Switzerland and a majority of Swiss labor. Thanks to sustainable construction materials, Swiss-made solar panels on the roof, and the use of wood pellets for heating, the hotel will allegedly be carbon negative. As far as operations go, Nelio said staff got wages significantly higher than the industry average. While I did not verify these claims, this does seem to reflect on the whole staff, who were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lengths to which Susana went to support my breakfast experience and Raduan's cocktails were amazing. The Raspberry Sour is a must!

The hotel has its own outpost of Mountain Air so all the hassle of getting equipment is taken away. There is a shuttle service to take you to the ski lifts. The room was outstanding, large and tranquil. Breakfast was excellent, and the spa was amazing.

I love the decor and the staff is amazing. Jennifer at the front desk was so kind and helpful. And the drivers that will take you to the slopes are absolutely charming and when you call them they are there within five minutes. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Verbier. Love the gorgeous. bathrooms, comfy beds and balcony rooms.

Co-located with the thermal bath complex, lots of options for relaxation, dining and other services. Located slightly away from medieval village, ample parking and bus connections. Room was comfy and well equipped, even if the decor in the room I was assigned was a bit dated. Had a balcony with amazing view!

We liked everything about this hotel and we’ll definitely come back! It looks new and clean, beautiful views of the mountains, an excellent location for hikers (you can reach and explore many amazing hiking trails and unique villages like Grimentz for example, within 30-45 mins by car). Super breakfast and a great restaurant for dinner too. The thermal baths and pools at the hotel are probably the best ones in Switzerland.

Beautiful location, excellent facilities, truly helpful & friendly staff in the hotel and baths. The dog friendly element was vital to us. We loved the baths, especially the thermal river. Well-managed hotel & facilities.

The venue was fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely relaxing. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.

The large room and bathroom, very comfortable master bed and great room design. The breakfast was delicious;lunch and dinner required pre-reservation and the dishes tasted great. The staff extremely polite. The thermal spa area was nice, despite renovation underway, effort was made to limit disturbace.
