The staffs are perfect. They gave information more than enough. Without their advice I could not decide to go up the Mathehorn as soon as I arrived the hotel. The day after the weather was not good, so Mathehorn could not be seen. The spa was wonderful, and breakfast was also good. Lovely hotel.

Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

1. The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk) 2. Location is near the train station, no issue with luggage as Location is not on the slope. Like the small kitchen also.They have laundry but we don't use it.

The room was biggest I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel also provides RFID-lockable ski lockers in two sizes: large (can fit 2 helmets, 4 pairs of skis, and 4 pairs of boots or gloves) or small (half of the large). The lockers have boot/glove/helmet driers inside.
