A nice setting to enjoy the moment. A peaceful setting, the place has everything you need: a comfortable king size bed, a balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and the volcano (if not covered with clouds!), a kitchenette, plenty of hot water for showers, and very sweet hosts. And the plentiful breakfast was brought to our door every morning. It was our base to explore the lake and the countryside.

We LOVED our stay here! The hosts were SO friendly and helpful. Beautiful lake views and really nice room with huge towels and slippers. Stayed an extra night and really didn’t want to leave. Great value for money too. The hosts gave us a recommended itinerary for a day around the lake and we did the whole thing and had a great day.

Huge fan of El Frutillar and this location! It's walking distance from everything you need and the beach! The kitchen has everything you need too. The room was very spacey and comfortable and she also provided us with shampoo. Towels were provided too. For an additional 30 000 CLP you can enjoy the hot tub and it was marvellous at night! There was parking available. Although if many guests are staying it might become a lil tight.

The owner is very nice and welcome us with a free upgrade and flexible check in. Our cabana had a Great Lake view, surrounded by trees. Comfortable and warm. There is a nearby walk in the park end the city center is few minutes walking

if your goal is to stroll around the town of Puerto Varas, this may not be the hotel for you. But if you want to be a peaceful, gorgeous, out of the way place with beautiful views, great food and excellent service, I highly recommend. Warning: the hotel is not easy to find, so use Google maps or ask your taxi or Uber to do so. we have stayed here twice now and we will do so again.
