The pool is pretty cool, and the ecological path was really nice.
The view of the sunset was absolutely stunning!
It’s a really relaxing place, no noise at all… just the rosters!!!
We love animals! And we were able to play with some dogs, 2 of them were 2 little German shepherd dogs…. ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!!! They made our stay even better!

Maria Teresa is an excellent host, communication was swift from day one, she assisted us with all our questions, gave us recommendations to the various activities in the area and was very attentive throughout our stay. Her son Felipe gave us the Coffee Farm Tour showing us the coffee selection/process in their own family farm which has over a century of existence. The “finca” is exactly as shown in the pictures, traditional, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a traditional Colombian Coffee Farm. Our children loved it so much that they refer to it as the “Encanto” house. We will come back !

The location of this property it was wonderful for our travel agenda to Panaca Park. The room was cozy and welcoming.
It did have a quiet fan for our comfort and a nice balcony to view the pool on property. The staff was so helpful and nice people. We enjoyed the well balance breakfast with fruits ,coffee, eggs and such.
The Wi-fi worked good and efficient. We enjoyed the Pool facilities were relaxing.

We really enjoyed all the amenities including the pool and volleyball. The space was very homely, and we settled in very quickly. Adriana was very helpful, friendly and approachable, and the host was very responsive and organised.

The service was great, they welcomed us very warmly and let us choose the room as they had availability. The food was really delicious, we had dinner and they offered different dishes and the breakfast was great and delicious.
The hotel has a good pool, jacuzzi and garden with animals and beautiful plants.
The shower has great water pressure and heated water, it was great to take a shower after a long day walking in Panaca.

The house is beautiful, well decorated, has lots of amenities and details to make the stay even more comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms big and comfortable, all the shared spaces were very nice. We loved the massage room and being able to have that amenity was a plus! Also, having Marta (the maid) helping us, was an added bonus to our vacation and always willing to help in anything we needed.
