CanadaBest hotel in Jablonec by far. I tend to stay few weeks every year and every year it's the best decision. The staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating. The rooms are nice and cozy with desks should you need to work a little and breakfast is next level. Honestly if you're looking for saving some money on your trip just have a massive breakfast and skip lunch. The hotel is close to city centre so everything is in walking distance (gym, shopping mall, etc.) and very close (maybe 10min walk) to the lake.

United StatesPerfect location in the center of everything. You can get to the center of town and the small lake so fast. They did an amazing job remodeling the hotel. Food in the restaurant was amazing. I will be back in October for another visit.

GermanySuch a great place to have a relaxing vacation in the mountains. Very professional and friendly staff. Great food. Excellent spa on the roof. Beautifully equipped modern apartment. Excellent location on top of a mountain right next to the woods with great views of either sun or fog or clouds or hills around. I almost don't wanna tell anybody how good it is ;-)

Parking right in front of the hotel. It is street parking, but it has spacious parking spots and it's not a very busy street.
Very friendly staff that recommended some nice places to go.

Large room with good facilities. Nice breakfast facilities. Great location in the centre of town. Friendly staff who spoke English. Lovely local produce which is used for breakfast and you can buy these to take home too. Large beds and clean bathroom. Towels changed each day if needed. Reasonably priced mini bar. This hotel is excellent value.

A pleasant place to stay in the city center.
Very good restaurant in-house. Friendly staff even when very busy.
Our room was spacious with nice city view.
Effective room blackouts.
No pets allowed.

We loved the location, within sight of CENTRAL JABLONEC and a few minutes away from the center. The room was very spacious, bright, well equipped and had a very large bathroom. The breakfast was very rich varieded and delicious. The full body oil massage was fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi was excellent. My partner found the bed a bit too hard, for me it was excellent.
