we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel

It was a pleasure to come back there every day and spend evening with the family in such a gorgeous rooms. Bathroom with jacuzzi in A4 is a blast! The host is very responsive and helpful! We LOVE the apartments!

We booked a last minute deal, so we scored a top level luxury room for less than an average room. We had a balcony that overlooked the city. Every time we went to the sauna, no one was there. We had it all to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfasts were incredible and had more than enough for every guest to choose from.

Well renovated very traditional Karlovy Vary building. The location is just best - great views over the river and Saunia spa complex with outdoor bath filled with 100% thermal water. For 699 CZK you can use all the facilities for 3 hours. Relaxing in hot spring pool is also included. We layed there for almost an hour while ouside temperature was 7 degrees. Beer price is 55-65 CZK. Do not miss the walk to all springs and colonnades up to Hot Spring Colonnade.

We liked everything. The elevator, although small, leads directly to the apartment. Beautiful view from the window, large rooms, cozy atmosphere. Clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi bath for one person, worked without problems. Play Station 5 was a pleasant surprise. Also got free parking, just had to wait a bit.

This is a experience spa hotel. You get the spa experience but also you stay in a 600 year old castle in the middle of the forest, so it is quite a unique place.
We particularly liked the breakfast (ok for vegetarians, might be tricky for vegans, but you can contact them before to for dietary requirements).
The spa is also really good with plenty of options for massages and skin treatments. The 2 saunas and jacuzzi by the pool are also really relaxing.
We really loved our time here and will come back for sure.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean with a balcony to relax on. Nice large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was great, nice selection.
Great hiking in nature nearby.
Front reception (Sonja) was fantastic, super helpful, kind and accommodating.

Good experience and experience. The best location in the center of Karlovy Vary. very polite and pleasant staff. They complied with all requests and wishes. Employees speak several languages. Quality full breakfast in a chic room. Our suite had a Jacuzzi bath.
