CanadaWorkers were so helpful and friendly. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. The wellness center had everything we needed. Dinner at the hotel was great, extensive menu with various seasonal dishes. Balcony was comfy.

United StatesThe location, food and facilities were all fabulous! The room was elegantly decorated and well appointed with a double closet, coat rack, umbrellas, heated towel rack, robes, slippers... Everything you need is at your fingertips.
The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, both hot and cold, and included custom made omelettes. All of the food was fresh and delicious!
We loved soaking in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening.

Czech RepublicWe had a pleasant experience with the hotel staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel's design was lovely and our room was pretty too. Being located directly above the city center, we enjoyed a breathtaking view from our balcony. We were grateful for the free access to the pool, steam room, and gym, which we took advantage of during our stay. Although the breakfast was not extraordinary, it was still decent.

The restaurant is outstanding: the variety and quality of breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations, and waiters were attentive and available. The ladies making coffee were even more attentive, clarifying several details before providing the espresso! The hotel provides a bathrobe, towel and sheet for sauna.
