My girlfriend, friend, and I stayed in one of the Roubenkas last weekend and had a wonderful time. The owners are very helpful and kind. The grounds are really beautiful. The roubenka was spotless and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back next time we go to that area.

This hotel was overall excellent. Great value, great location, pleasant staff, nice room, very clean, has its own parking lot, and a pretty good breakfast spread!

Absolutely everything exceeded my expectations. Modern, clean, cozy, plus that extra special personal touch and thoughtfulness. Kind host (a pro at Google Translate), beautifully renovated suite, little extras all over, tons of information about the town and Šumava, fully stocked kitchen with fridge and new hot plate in room, perfect location—close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to be serene, with walking trails starting at the property! The host is running things on her own, and is doing a fantastic job. I cannot wait to come back here. Something like this in the United States or Austria or Switzerland would be a minimum of $200 (or euros or a similar currency) per night (likely more).
