Mr. Haitham Ali in the reception was very helpful he upgraded my room to sea and pool view instead of garden view The facility has private beach, several pools and a nice aqua park suitable for all ages The room service provided every day There is so many restaurants to choose from The bar provides almost all kind of drinks

We were one of a hand full of guests for its opening week so portions of the resort were not yet in service. As a wonderful substitute, the resort provided free ala carte meals including daily room service! It was almost like having a private chef and was an experience that will live in our memories! A special mention of fantastic manager, Hady who diligently watched over us daily.
