Firstly Gerard. With hardly a moment notice, Gerard picked me up at the airport where I was stranded. A beautiful house, super clean and great amenities. The property was remote, but that’s part of the charm. A small boutique hotel, beautifully appointed, with an elevator, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful. A unique experience in rural Basque Country.

They sent photos with instructions, which made it easy to access the apartment building as well as the apartment. The keys were right where they said they would be when I walked in and it was easy to leave them right there when I left as well very convenient.
