The hotel greeting on arrival was very warm and friendly and allowed us to check in early which was such a relief that they were able to accommodate us! They offered water or wine as soon as we checked in...started our day off in a great way!

Wonderful breakfast. Tasty with a nice variety of food. Strategic position, few metro stops away from the heart of the city, the right distance from the turistic crowd. The "bistro-like" option for dinner is exactly what we needed with a very high quality/price ratio. Personnel is dedicated to guest. Great hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel, beautiful views all round, just out of the city but shuttle bus available which was brilliant. Warm outdoor pool was added bonus. Ate at the hotel every evening and the food was perfect. Staff were very accommodating and attended to every need. Added bonus for our daughter to have a theme park next door, also visited the cathedral which was stunning. Will definitely return if visiting the city.

Pretty much everything was great. the breakfast selection was good. the hotel was quiet, location is very good (close to metro stations and sights. our room was modern (it seems that it was newly renovated), we also had coffee/tea machine in the room which was a very nice bonus.
