JamaicaI liked how pleasant the staff were - from the receptionist to the restaurant staff - they made sure that I felt welcomed with the welcome cookies at the reception. I also liked the big sunlight windows which gave a room a very cozy relaxing feel with an amazing view of the road on one side and big trees with autumn colored leaves on the other side. Even though there are no lifts, someone will take your bags up if you aren’t interested in the wonderful workout opportunity to tackle the stairs with your bag weights. There was ample parking spots on the property and another parking lot a few yards away for overflow. Added to that there are restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the hotel if you feel like exploring other food options apart from that of the hotel. A supermarket is walking distance away if you are staying a few days and want to shop for snacks or anything else not found at the hotel.

The room was cozy, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were very hospitable and helpful with their tips. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the cooked variant. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a terrace and the view of the garden, the lounge room downstairs was also a nice alternative to sitting in the room. The highlight of our stay was the hotel's spa, a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere!

Friendly and helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent food in both restaurant and lounge bar. Rooms are really comfortable, clean and great facilities. Bags of piping hot water for a hot bath with high pressure taps. Fantastic!
