We arrived exhausted because of train delays, and the staff members were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful! It's also sparkling clean. They gave us a free upgrade to a large and lovely room in a very quiet part of the hotel. It was gorgeous. In the morning a lovely staff member named Violette helped me with my suitcases all the way to Reception (a long way) and refused the tip I tried to hand her. Instead she gave me her card, so I want to especially acknowledge her kindness and helpfulness here. We were able to store our suitcases while seeing the city, and later the kind people at Reception retrieved the luggage and called a taxi for us.

The room was super spacious for a family of 4. Massive bathroom with a jacuzzi bath which my 5 year old niece loved! Beds were comfortable, brilliant location in the city centre with everything you need on your doorstep. The staff were so helpful supplying us with a fridge for our room and multiple fans because the room was so hot due to the warm weather.

Stayed in the Presidential Suite on the top (9th) floor, very roomy, with a bedroom, kitchen/diner, Lounge, Toilet/washroom, 2nd toilet/washroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower. Large wardrobe area. TV in bedroom and a TV in the lounge. Breakfast was excellent, everything you would want and more. Good view from the dining room over Lime Street Station. Really fast lifts so never had to wait for long.
