I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and organized everything was. The hot tub was spotless and perfectly maintained, offering a relaxing and warm experience. It was clear that everything in the space was brand new—everything still in its original packaging, including the remotes, which made me feel like I was the first person to ever use it. The attention to detail was incredible, and I truly felt special during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pristine, cozy, and well-maintained getaway! Me and my friend absolutely loved this place as influencers this place is the one especially if you want to blog 😆

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything I needed such as hair dryer, iron, tea, coffee and a tv which was working perfectly. The room was also warm and the blinds were thick and dark which allowed me to have an amazing long sleep. Facilities were easy to access and very comfortable. Not too crowded and very relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the girl at check out called Mairita.

Clean nice bathroom but room size very small and bathroom abit cramped. Spa facilities very good but no hut no hot water whilst we were there.

Good location, lots of parking space, close to a shopping area and Birmingham city centre but still quiet and a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Caroline at the bar who was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was nice, room was cosy and bed was comfy.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were good. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. We were given a welcome drink on arrival which we enjoyed in the bar area. It was handy to go into Birmingham city centre on the local train which took 10minures with free park and ride.
