Check in process is very smooth, the staff are incredibly friendly. There is temporary parking whole you check in. The parking lot is very close to the hotel. We had help bringing our luggage to the room which was very much appreciated.
The room itself was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view of the sea and garden.
The body care products provided smelt amazing. The room included everything you would expect, robes, slippers, etc.
The spa area was pleasant and relaxing with an indoor pool, whirlpool, relax area, 4 seasons shower, snow machine, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna.
The infinity pool was very refreshing with stunning views from the sunbed.
The hotel property is world class and welll maintained. It's really a phenomenal location.
Room service was perfect and turndown service was a nice touch with cookies and water before bed.
The breakfast buffet was quite good with a nice variety of options, vegans and gluten free should have no problem finding options.

Staff were very nice and helpful.
Everything was basically brand new so it was clean and not worn out .I hope they will keep it up as nice and clean in the future.
They welcomed us with a fruit and nuts platter in the room and various candies .
Pool / sauna and steam room fantastic.
Soft towels and bath robes.
Book directly with them for a better price.

It's really nice apartment, extremly clean, it has everything that you need...it's located few minutes by car from the beach and from center of Pula. Owners response very quickly and they even offer us earlier check-in. Also, they prepare some toys for my child, very nice of them. :) This property meet our expectations.

Love the concept and it‘s perfect location surrounded by nature. The wellness area with hot tubs, sauna and yoga deck is amazing to relax and it‘s very unique. Also the whole property is dog friendly and all of the staff is dog friendly as well. The tents are well equiped with everything what you need (tv, air conditioning, small kitchen, bathroom with shower).
