GermanyWe were welcomed in a very friendly manner by the reception staff. Since we arrived early in the morning, we asked for early check-in, which was made possible. The room turned out to be spacious, very clean and equipped with a small good fridge and kettle. The breakfast was super and the breakfast staff was very engaged and welcoming. We enjoyed the offered sparkling wine daily for breakfast. The staff even prepared a birthday surprise. There is a spa area, but Budapest kept us busy enough to have no time for it :-).

We stayed as two adults and two kids. The room was big enough for the family and was well lit with good centralized AC and big sized beds. The bathroom was big enough and also had a bathtub.
It has enough parking space to park ample amount of cars.
It has indoor warm pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms without any additional charges.
Huge outdoor pool and kids play area.
Very helpful and polite staff both in reception and in restaurant.

I didn't think I would rate a room based on a/c, but my favourite part of the room was the quiet and easy to control a/c. It cooled the room very quickly while not compromising on noise.
Other than that, the room was relatively spacious. The bathroom was clean and modern. The swimming pool and large jacuzzi were nice, particularly in the evenings. Breakfast was quite varied and well stocked.

We had interconnecting rooms that were of good size with plenty storage space, clean bathrooms, coffee machine, bathrobe and slippers. We found the relaxation kit bag useful as it has towels and slippers for the relaxation room which had sauna and jacuzzi. The location of this hotel is excellent as right near St Stephen’s Basilica with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Amazing hotel in perfect location, very spacious apartment with lovely kitchen, lounge, bathroom and balcony overlooking the lovely courtyard. Amazing breakfasts with included champagne which I loved. Well worth paying for the breakfasts! Lovely swimming pool and spa area with jacuzzi, sauna etc. Lovely free bottle of prosecco and nice message as we had a birthday during our stay, lovely touch.

Easy to find, just a minute away from the tram that takes you to the city centre for 25 min. There is a shopping centre within 5 min drive with a car. Next to the hotel there is a winery where you can buy Hungarian sparkling wine.
The rooms are good enough with spacious bathrooms and plenty of towels.
The rooms have a balcony with private jacuzzi that you can use. The water temperature is 40 degrees celsius.
The parking is big and free (a rare finding in Budapest).
