IsraelI had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

CroatiaThe apartment is very easy to find. The location is wonderful. It's just a few minutes on foot from the city center and the thermal lake. We were welcomed by the apartment owner who showed us our private parking space and the apartment. He also took us to the hotel spa (which is accessible via a corridor from the apartment) and explained everything about it. The owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean and very well-equipped. A spacious terrace is a big plus. We had pool noodles in the apartment which is great because you can take them to the lake so you don't have to rent them there.

Everything about the Bonvital is great. Our room was big with a large bathroom and coffee/tea making facilities. The spa area is wonderful. I made great use of the steam room, jacuzzi and massage pool. We had massages which were very good. The hotel is just a short walk from Lake Heviz and is right in the centre of the town.

Fantastic stay in Heviz: excellent thermal spa area, huge swimming pool, thermal water pools, saunas, jacuzzis, health treatments, etc. incredible large offer.
The dinner and breakfast buffet is excellent, wide variation of dishes, fantastic wine menu also available.
The whole complex is perfect of a relaxing stay.

Everything was wonderful. The clean and quiet room, the extremely generous interior spaces, the swimming and relaxation pools, the thermal baths, the extremely clean, and cozy restaurant, the varied and delicious food, the wonderful wines, the solicitude of the receptionists who were ready to help, the maids, the parking which is free, because the hotel is pet friendly, but also because there is the Csucsu parrot :-) I hope we will return soon!

I visited the hotel with my daughter during our trip to Hungary and we were charmed by both the town and the hotel. We enjoyed a spacious room, large and comfortable beds, a terrace with wonderful sunsets and incredibly delicious food. The spa has everything you need for relaxing, and the outdoor aquatonic (adventure) pool was our favorite, especially in the evening when the multi-colored lights in the water and the steam make it a magical and romantic place.
