We really enjoyed our stay at The Orient Jakarta. It was a very welcome island of calmness and relaxation in a hustling city. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the two pools to relax and have a drink with a view. Make sure to check out the fantastic gym. In hindsight, we would have booked including breakfast as the buffet looked pretty delicious.

Staff were absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

The location was just behind Grand Indonesia. So that was nice. I managed to do my last minute shopping there without a hassle. At first, if you have the means, please upgrade your room with the view of Bulatan HI. It was exceptionally good. The room was spacious and super worth the money.
