My recent 2-night stay at Ra Suites Simatupang for my anniversary was nothing short of incredible. This hotel is a true gem in Jakarta, offering an amazing experience in every aspect, especially considering its exceptional value. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The warm welcome at the lobby set the tone, and I was delighted to receive a voucher for buy-one-get-one-free drinks, coffee, and bakery items—a lovely touch. The dining offerings are where Ra Suites truly shines. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but what sets this hotel apart are the incredible extras: a delightful afternoon tea from 3-5 PM and a generous "snacks and cocktails" buffet from 6-8 PM. These are amenities you simply don't find at other hotels in this price range. A special shout-out to the incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff at the restaurant, especially Chornel, who was exceptionally helpful and made our meals even more enjoyable. Our room on the 18th floor was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered an unbelievable city view. I loved the unique and practical design, with the toilet separated from the shower and dressing room. It was a very pleasant surprise to find a nice anniversary decoration in the room—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. All necessary amenities were available. Other highlights include the smooth check-in and check-out process, and the elegant piano in the lobby with a daily evening singing performance that created a wonderful ambiance. To get all these fantastic features—luxurious comfort, outstanding F&B, and top-tier service—at such an affordable price is unbelievable. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended

The Breakfast is propably the best i ever had. Im 40 years old and been to some really good and also some quit expensiv hotels. This Breakfast is mind blowing! Huge thank you and „wow“ to the kitchen. You guys are so good and made my day ;)

The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.
