CanadaSea views, tranquil location, excellent value, available jacuzzi/sauna. Also, the owner tried to help us book a Skellig Michael landing tour the following day as ours was cancelled due to the weather…unfortunately our itinerary did not allow us to take the offer.

Wonderful food but most of all the exceptional staff I couldn't praise them enough so kind and helpful. Lovely Lovely people. Great barman, pulls great pints up for the craic and a bit of banter. Absolutely love this place and I will continue to return here as I have been doing for yrs. You really won't be disappointed ❤ Thanks to everyone at the Smugglers Inn.

Paula met us on arrival and gave us tips and recommendations for our stay in Portmagee. She recommended a great restaurant and where to eat the following day. The apartment was perfect for us, it was close to the Skellig boat trip docks. The was plenty of parking and we also used her outdoor jacuzzi and her sauna.
The apartment had a well stocked kitchen, ideal for staying with a family.

The room was clean and quaint and had everything we could possibly need. We cooked in the studio apartment and it had all utensils and appliances needed. The location is quiet and remote but the town of Portmagee is only a short drive in. It is worth the trip alone for the jacuzzi and sauna that Paula provides on site with the beautiful views of Valentia Island. A beautiful home.

I loved the peace and quite away from the city. It had a beautiful view. Paula, who sorted us out, was incredible. She was so super nice. The jacuzzi and sauna were impeccable. You could see the seafront from the jacuzzi.

Very clean and spacious enough with all you may need for a short stay.
The option to use the sauna and jacuzzi is a great addition to the quality of the stay and experience.
A nice location, calm area a few minutes drive from restaurants and bars.
The host is great.
I'd for sure stay there again if I'm in the area.
