Stayed at Heritage Exotica Villa 4BHK and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the villa was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable holiday. The caretaker was very polite, responsive, and always just a call away for any assistance. We also opted for the cook services, and the food prepared was very tasty, fresh, and absolutely delicious — it made our stay even better. The location is another big plus, situated conveniently close to both Baga and Anjuna Beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy Goa. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely love to come again!

This was an amazing place to stay! The host was incredibly responsive to our needs and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We arrived quite late , but they arranged a cab for us to and from the airport, which was a huge relief. The property was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully take care of. The space was perfect for our family to relax and unwind before starting our long trip.
