I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the serene backwaters. very uniquely funky accommodation, loaded with a plethora of highly aesthetic antique (or, at least, antique-looking) artifacts/artworks/curiosities/etc. excellent location in the heart of jew town. spacious/stylish rooms containing some of the same type of artful pieces that u can view in their massive more-than-20-room store/warehouse/showroom adjacent to the hotel ... called "heritage arts" & under same ownership. the food was quite tasty, very generous in amnt, sophisticated/varied & carefully prepared. definitely worth the splurge! [note: rooms were advertised as accommodating only 2 adults ... but, by special request, there was no problem -- at reasonable added expense -- to add a 3rd very comfy adult-appropriate bed (not cot!) to our quite large & well-equipped room]

Location is central with all the needed amenities. close to Subash park and Marine drive if you want to take a relaxed stroll during your stay. Staffs and the owner were very friendly and made my mother's and sister's stay very comfortable and safe. I definitely recommend Kowdi house.

I liked it, a good stay with all necessary amenities. The staff were good and pleasant. The location is really good so easily can access anything and go anywhere. The breakfast buffet was a thing to say, all possible south Indian stuff( yumm..), something English too.

This property is a brand new one at a prime location on marine drive. The rooms are well designed and beds very comfortable. It also has a roof top seating area where you get a good view of the city and the back waters. The staff were highly professional and went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for singles and families.

Exceptional, room and bathroom has plenty of space, nice balcony, social area, and independent access, Heather Home Stay is management by the family owner who are very kindly and supporting, they always make feel confortable, breakfast is great!!! All the amenities are at walking distance, the is very quiet in the night for a good sleep. Definitely I will back during the next holiday
