The property has a luxurious feel to it, the inside is well designed and the rooms have great furnishings. Likewise their restaurant food is superb. Additionally the Staff is attentive and helpful, I even forgot something in the room after checking out and they made sure it could be kept safe until I retrieved it. Everyone is very friendly. The location is also central to Delhi, so very convenient whether coming from airport or outside Delhi.

Excellent location, facilities and rooms, and mostly - the helpfulness and cordial attitude from the staff are amazing. Everything we asked and needed was arranged to our perfect satisfaction, the concierge service was super helpful and informative. When we needed help with a crisis we had (not related to the hotel itself) during our stay the security people went out of their way to help us and were instrumental in resolving the crisis quickly so we could return to enjoying our vacation. This hotel is not cheap but for what you get - it is also excellent value.
