We loved everything about our apartment! The decor, comfort (one of the best beds we've ever encountered at a rental), and attention to details, including the guidebook and detailed checkin/out instructions. Nice quiet place in Hveragerdi, an apartment with all you need. The hosts live there so they were nice to us when we arrived a bit later in the evening. They even asks us if we wanted to use the hot tub outside or have anything to wash. The rooms look exactly as in the picture, the heating was ok, the kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to eat in, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a lot of towels for the two of us. 10/10.

Beautiful cottage with all the extra little amenities that make the stay feel like a special retreat, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. Great location, as well, very quiet and peaceful. It was an easy drive from the airport and then we spent time hiking to the hot river, visiting the national park & Kerid crater. Easy access to a grocery store and able to cook a meal easily with the kitchen supplies and spices on hand. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

I loved the casual atmosphere. It was safe clean and quiet. The room door opened to the outside which was a treat and made ease of access to the Aurora Borealis! Breakfast was so so great.

Everything was beyond excellent! The room, the staff, the ameneties! Held our wedding reception there and it was magical, perfect beyond words. Marion and her team are the absolute best!

Perfect stay (3 nights) in a quiet and comfy hotel where rooms are large enough and sparkling clean. Hot tub and sauna are available (included in the room price). Breakfast offer is large to meet anyone's wishes. On the top of it Jakub (reception) makes the stay smooth and homey. Various restaurants are available at the city nearby (5 min drive)

It’s a perfect base for exploring the golden circle and the south coast. There is only 4.3 mi to Hveragerdi and Selfoss, cities with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

Quiet place not far away from a main road. We had a room in a smaller cottage, only two rooms in that building. Two external hot tubes were available for guests during evening, it was nice to relax there after a day of walking.

Property and location was great! Had great time with family and all loved the property.

This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 4.3 mi away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free.

This was a very comfortable stay. Wonderful hospitality and very nice breakfast buffet, including make your own waffles. The beds were very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the authentic barrel sauna every evening, as well as the hot tub/ jacuzzi. The place was spotless and peaceful out in nature. The hosts clearly care about their guests having a good experience. Also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a handbook containing various scenic destinations in the region. Thank you so much!!
