- although the property looks a bit run down from the outside, it is nicely refurbished inside. - we had a triple room, with very comfortable beds. - good blinding curtains that keep the light out. - nice jacuzzi; bathrobes were provided. - breakfast is ok. - staff is friendly.

The hotel doesn't look great from the outside, but inside everything is OK. The room is big and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast is OK. For rooms on the first floor, there is an elevator.

Very spacious suite, with a TV in each section, saving arguments! Lovely outlook. Easily accessed hot tubs. Complementary drinks and snacks.

Spacious room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel has a restaurant and separate bar area which were nice. Do not be put off by the hotel's exterior.

The staff were so welcoming on arrival and departure. The breakfast was really tasty and had lots of different options. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great bathroom. Lovely to be able to use the common area hot tubs too.

Nice stop off on our Ring Road trip halfway between Lake Myvatn and Reyk. The exterior is misleading in comparison to the modern inside. Hot tubs were an added bonus for some relaxation after a long day of travelling. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was cold out when we arrived but the front desk staff warmly welcomed us. It was a great way to be received and set the tone for our whole stay. The room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel is in the middle of a huge field, virtually nothing around, so it was very quiet and peaceful. We did not use the jacuzzis but we enjoyed the comfy beds and the nice water pressure in the shower. The restaurant food was excellent-some of the best we had on the trip. There was spacious parking outside. There was a big variety of food for the breakfast.
