SwitzerlandWe needed a triple room and were arriving after midnight free attending a music festival. The hotel staff reassured us that we could arrive at any time. The night Porter was available and guided us into the secure parking and carried our bags up. The room was very comfortable, with a nice balcony and view at a great price. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. The mini bar had soft drinks and water and one beer, perfect for a refreshment. The air conditioning was great! We had a crisis we had to manage by phone in the U.S., and we had to stay up all night. I messaged the hotel from within Booking.com and asked for slightly late checkout and they were very accommodating. We love this hotel. Great value for money, polite and friendly staff, comfortable beds, fabulous AC, and good location near Stresa. Enjoy!!!

The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking ! The apartment is very spacious and generous, very elegant and clean. You have everything you need whether on couples holiday or with family. Parking space in front of the apartment is almost always free or you can use the garage! The host ist very friendly and answers any of your questions or requests. The area is very quiet. You can really relax on your holiday!
