Fooood! Breakfast was great! Even exceptional! And the fact that we could park our car practically on the terrace - in front of the terrace door - less than 3m away - so we didn' have to bother with our luggage!

The lake views from our balcony were stunning! You are up on a perch overlooking Lago Iseo and several of the towns as well as Monte Isola. Everyone if the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant….nice wine selection! We would love to return to this special place

It’s unique, it is special and it’s isolated , though you can get anything in 10 min drive. The owners will really let you feel welcomed and happy, anything I asked was welcomed with a smile. I really recommend it to anyone who will know how to appreciate quality of life in a special rural way. Moreover the food was great. And the service too.

Matteo and Michele's home is nothing short of fantastic. They have done an amazing job renovating an ancient building to the highest standard. The interior design is gorgeous, as is the view of lake Iseo from their balcony. The location is as convenient as it gets, right off a main road making getting in and out by car easy and fast, allowing you to explore other towns on the lake as well as nearby cities like Brescia within a short, hassle-free drive, while also being on the road that leads directly down to Sulzano and the Montisolo ferry. A public parking lot steps away from the apartment had space at all times of day, even for a larger car. We stayed in the 1st floor apartment, which is accessible with just a few steps and has its own private entrance. Inside, every detail was thoughtfully considered: excellent lighting, electronically controlled air conditioning in each room, well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and hand-picked kitchenware, a quality mattress and selection of pillows and blankets ensure good quality sleep. Matteo greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house, and has been a helpful, cheerful, responsive, and friendly host during our stay. To top it all off, the nearby farm has a pair of cute and friendly cats that greeted us every day, which we really appreciated as cat lovers missing our kitties back home. I highly recommend their place, and have no doubt we will return to stay here again. Grazie mille, Matteo!
