SwitzerlandThis is a jewel of a place. Brunate is located high above Como (so steep you literally look down on it). The apartment is attached to a hotel, and the moniker "panorama" is deserving. The hotel served dinner (the view from our table was simply breath-taking) and breakfast in a room with Victorian airs, also with view. I almost didn't want to review this place lest it goes viral and is forever occupied. It will become my default stay when I am in Como next!

You have the Funicular ( tram ) as an easy mode of transport up and down the mountain directly at the hotel. The food was delicious and the spa was lovey. staff was very warm and helpful . had an excellent stay.

AustraliaGianluca went above and beyond as a host! He was very kind and hospitable. Upon checkout we found it difficult booking a taxi so he drove us to the train station for us. He made us a lovely breakfast and dinner and made us feel at home. The guest hotel is located in a beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake.
