Everything was great! The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location inside the city walls and just beside the canal is fantastic (beautiful and convenient). The breakfast was of excellent quality, offering a wide variety of choices, including excellent fresh fruits and nuts, plus excellent coffee.

Close to the wall, free bikes to get into the city (which you can see from the hotel, a 10 min walk to get inside the wall). Property is very clean and well managed; staff was fabulous - went to the bar to get drinks to take up to the communal rooftop patio and the front desk had the drinks delivered up with complimentary snacks). Bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows were great, AC worked well. Washroom was slightly small but very clean with excellent fixtures.
