A new structure. The atmosphere is homely and pleasant. The room is comfortable, clean and tidy. Excellent and delicious breakfast with homemade products. Gorgeous view. Really lovely and recommended place.

The place was a historic mansion - beautifully maintained. Unfortunately we were there on a 9 day trek and so only got in late at night and left early the next morning The host Giovanni was amazing. He drove us to a restaurant as they did not serve dinner and we did not want to walk 30 minutes back and forth for dinner. He also gave us a great breakfast, including amazing bread that he had baked himself!

We have been to this hotel a number of times in the past. It is a lovely old villa that is centered right in the middle of Norcia. You can walk out the door and find all that you need in the way of shopping and services. The hotel owners have opened a great new restaurant in a newly renovated building right across the street with a wonderful outside dining area featuring great local food. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant make the Relais a very special place - always happy, smiling and welcoming. We cannot recommend this enough to the traveler seeking a true Italian hospitality experience. Thank you.

Wonderful location in the mountains of Umbria. The owner and the staff were fantastic and were very welcoming. My kids had the opportunity to ride the property's horses and just loved it!

A hidden gem off the tourist track but very close to main attractions such as Spoleto or Trevi. Superb accommodation in an old restored convent, lovely small garden and inner breakfast/lounge court. The rooms were large in size ,very clean and the beds comfy. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
