The rooms were clean and nice, communal space was immaculate and host provided all kinds of great perks like fresh fruit, coffees, croissants, and cold water. The hostess and her son were so sweet and helpful and you can tell they have put their hearts into this place to make it a home. Location was superb. Very central with awesome bars, restaurants, and cafes right outside your front door. There was even an increíble hike right behind the house which takes you up to a castle which dates back to like 1200. Parking was a breeze and neighborhood was very safe. Highly recommend this spot for ppl looking for an easy, clean, homey experience.

What an amazing boutique hotel! The rooms, public areas and grounds are incredibly charming. This is a family run hotel and they were welcoming and super helpful in making arrangements for our day in Roccaraso and dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The breakfast buffet in the morning was gorgeous and delicious and I can't wait to return.

Once a wool factory, Il Cavalier D'Arpino dates back to the 16th century. It is now a charming hotel with a spacious garden and wonderful views across the valley.
