This place is amazing -not only is it beautiful but it is absolutely the cleanest I have ever stayed in..and that is saying something! The family who owns it is so wonderful-they will do anything to help-their father, Georgio,picked us up from the train station and then dropped us off at Avis the next day-if I had known it was this nice I definitely would have stayed longer. A hidden gem off the tourist track but very close to main attractions such as Spoleto or Trevi. Superb accommodation in an old restored convent, lovely small garden and inner breakfast/lounge court. The rooms were large in size ,very clean and the beds comfy. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

A lovely little studio apartment about 1.5kms outside of Ceselli. The hostess, Roberta, is fantastic: not only did she make reservations at the local restaurant but also drove us to and from the restaurant. A very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful location in the mountains of Umbria. The owner and the staff were fantastic and were very welcoming. My kids had the opportunity to ride the property's horses and just loved it!
