United KingdomOne of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Location, views, hot tub, breakfast, staff, the room, gardens, balcony, the restaurant.... everything was perfect.
Pictures do not do it justice how beautiful the location and gardens are!
We had a car which was important - would not want to walk from baveno / stresa without the car - but parking was free and easy to find by the entrance to the property.

United StatesThe short walk up from the first Stresa boat stop from Isola Bella was paved and not difficult. Very Close to lovely promenade along the sea towards the main part of the town.
Helpful kind young man at front desk arranged a taxi for transport to train station-- he had to call 3 people but persisted and it worked out flawlessly. Nice lady in the bar area served a tasty relaxing Aperol Spritz (10euros).
Very pleasant view facing the local area/hill from top floor room. Wake up call and taxi reminder call was very appreciated.

I really liked the room, it was spacious and very clean, nice bathroom, looks like freshly renovated. I appreciated the parking that was just few steps away and the view was really nice. Garden in front of the restaurant was cosy and breakfast itself was quite nice. Overall I am very happy with this experience, pity we didn’t benefit from the jacuzzi on top of the hotel and pool because it was raining.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Stresa Town. We had apartment 10 with 3 balconies, 2 with lake views and a large one overlooking the spa area, which was perfect for relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were really good. Couldn't fault the apartment of the welcome we received.

Thanks to Sylvia we had a very nice stay. The view is astonishing as well as are the amenities. Spa, exterior chill out spaces and showers, jacuzzi and of course the very romantic and perfectly refubirshed stone chalet we stayed in. Grazzie Sylvia !

Amazing hotel! The whole hotel is designed like a palace. Every corner looks like a museum. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the lake, simply stunning! The insulation is perfect! A romantic and pampering hotel, the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! And the spa with the indoor pool and the outdoor ones are simply stunning. No words! Thank you for perfect hospitality
