The hotel and its surroundings are designed in the style of a palace. Very well made and beautiful. The hotel staff is professional and provides excellent service. The spa at the hotel is excellent. The room, location, staff, services - and the view! - were all exceptional. I only wish we had been able to stay longer. In addition, I accidentally left some things behind and they were promptly sent on to my next stop. I couldn't possibly rate this property more highly and I thank Casa Rampolina's staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm looking forward to returning for a longer stay on my next trip.
