United StatesThree of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁

Taiwanlocation, view, and everything is prefect, except i had to clean the washer, previous users obviously did not clean it. Lots of fibers stuck inside. Other than that, it is a perfect place for a big group who wants to enjoy the view, space, and place for themselves.

The accomodation also has free breakfast plus they give free shuttle to the ski resort. Chris and Dan are both so friendly and very accomodating. The place is also near Echoland which has a lot of restaurants. It's like home away from home. We will be back for sure next winter!

Taka was a generous and easygoing host who picked us up from the station and settled us in beautifully. The house had all the amenities you need for a snowcation. It was truly a winter wonderland!

We loved our stay at Eternal Flame. Nao and his team were amazing hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious, they made restaurant reservations for us and looked up train schedules to our next destination. We stayed in a superior chalet which was new and very comfortable. The communal lounge area was spacious and relaxing with a great selection of beer, wine and whisky drinks purchase, board games and nintendo for the kids. Highly recommend.

The hot spring bath was fantastic. The lounge area was very relaxing with a nice wood stove. Location was close to restaurants and bus stops to access ski areas. The owners were very helpful with information.

Great location, across the road from shuttle busses to the mountains. Really clean and comfortable spaces, lovely lounge to relax at the end of the day, well equipped with games and activities. No doubt the best thing about the stay was the beautiful staff, we felt so well looked after! The free breakfast was also really delicious and filling!
