The property was beautiful, exactly as shown. Everything worked well, especially the washer/dryer. We had all the cooking necessities except an oven, which was fine for us. We had plenty of blankets, which was so nice, and towels. It was just the relaxing stay we were hoping for at the end of our two-week trip in Japan. The view was amazing! We got to see Mt. Fuji in the early morning. The highlight of the house is the jacuzzi tub, which you fill when you get there, and the sauna. It was amazing! The indoor soaking tub was great too. It felt like a spa. The town was more sleepy than I expected. There were only 1-2 restaurants open on Monday. It was very quiet, but also nice if you’re just there to relax. Our 3 teen girls were looking for a few more shops :) I would definitely stay here again, but I would bring a car so we could get around more easily and see more of the area. It was gorgeous!

Very lovely property! Easy to access and great for a group. Well equipped kitchen and within walking distance to the lake and the museum and many shops and restaurants. The owner was available to help through the app and was very responsive!

The place is great, the location is ideal (3 minutes on foot from the lake, with some small shops and restaurants around). The building is a renovated old house so do not expect a modern 5 stars facility, but it is charming, clean, quiet and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful as well. Excellent price/quality ratio. Highly recommended!
